Tommy Palmer

Tommy is a singer/songwriter from the Sacramento California area and is currently performing all the hits from the 60's, 70's and 80's at various venues throughout the Sacramento area. When he is not performing live shows he is consistently writing and recording original music.

"I started out with a strong interest in playing drums. (Sorry Mom and Dad) I played for hours and hours and I still play to this day. But I wanted to start writing my own songs so I picked up my Dad's acoustic guitar at age 18 and taught myself to play. I've always been captured by a great melody line. It doesn't matter what genre of music it is. I was exposed to the great singer- songwriter, folk and rock songs from the 60's and 70's. All of those bands have been a big influence on me and I play a great deal of those songs at my acoustic shows. I am fortunate enough to have a pretty wide vocal range which allows me to perform just about any song from those era's".
